Llynfi Surgery does all it can to ensure that its patients are treated properly and promptly.
Most patients are satisfied with the treatment and care provided by the practice, however, it is important where patients feel that they have not been treated fairly or promptly, that they have recourse to make their feelings known and heard.
Dr. Michael Rogers and his partners have a complaints procedure that is intended to help individuals, who are dissatisfied with any aspect of their contact with the surgery, whether it is administrative or medical. The procedure is designed to provide a prompt, but thorough response, which answers any concerns that are raised by a patient or their representative.
Complaints about attached staff or Out of Hours Service.
The healthcare professionals that provide health visiting and district nursing services are employees of the AMBU NHS Trust.
If you wish to complain about these services or staff please contact the AMBU NHS trust complaints officer direct.
