Cancelling Appointments
It is very important that if you cannot attend any appointment you have arranged that you let us know. With today's technology there are no excuses for not contacting us and letting us know you cannot make your appointment.
1. Fill in a cancellation form online
2. Ring us and choose option 6, 24 hrs a day
3. Ring us during office hours and tell somebody.
4. Call in during the day and tell us.
5. If you have booked online, cancel online using same screens.
6. Text the word “cancel” together with your initials,dob and
date of appointment to 07973272480.
E.g. Cancel pc281062 04/07/11.
If you have more than one appointment for that day, both will be cancelled.
Failure to cancel appointments could mean you being removed from the practice list.
