Cannot access online services

If you cannot access any online service, please check that your Internet connection is working by gaining access to other sites you use without a problem. If you can access other sites, please contact linda.evans@gp-w95009.wales.nhs.uk and report the problem.

Why doesn't the link from your website work?

The login screen for the on-line services works by opening a new window. Problems have occurred where the patients own Internet settings or virus checker has "blocked" the new window. If you do have a "pop-up blocker" enabled (switched on), you will have to turn it off while linking to us or program your blocker to allow this site to be opened. Also you may be able to hold down the control  button (CTRL) while clicking on the link above. If you are still having problems contact your Internet provider for advice.

What do I do if I have forgotten my username or password?
